This document complements the Privacy Policy and details how Boost! Agency technically and organizationally protects the personal data you submit on the Site.
1. What data we process
We process only the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form:
- first name, last name;
- work email;
- company name, role;
- phone number (optional);
- website (optional);
- ad-budget range;
- message.
2. How data enters the system
The form sends data over a secure channel (HTTPS, TLS 1.2+) to the server endpoint platform.boostagency.uz/api/leads. The data is stored in our internal lead-management system.
3. Who has access
Your data is accessible only to Agency staff who need it to work on your request: sales manager, account manager, performance specialist. Access is granted via named accounts with two-factor authentication.
4. Security measures
- data-transfer encryption (TLS/HTTPS at every stage);
- encryption of sensitive fields at rest;
- role-based access control;
- regular audit of accounts and permissions;
- time-limited backup copies;
- logging of data operations.
5. Retention periods
- Active projects — until work is completed.
- Completed projects — 3 years from the last interaction.
- Requests that didn't become projects — 1 year.
After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Third-party disclosure
We do not sell your data. Limited disclosure is possible:
- to infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email services, CRM) — only under a contract requiring data protection;
- to government authorities — only upon official request under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
7. Consent withdrawal and deletion
You can email andrevdanil@gmail.com at any time and request:
- deletion of your data;
- stop processing;
- export of your data in a machine-readable format.
We process the request within 10 business days and confirm by email.
8. Security incidents
In the event of a breach or unauthorized access, we notify affected users by email within 72 hours of detection, describing the nature of the incident and the measures we are taking.
